Premium Cobalt HSS Construction: The HSS-Co material enhances hardness (HRC 62-65), wear resistance, and red hardness. This allows for higher cutting speeds and longer tool life - 2-3 times that of standard HSS end mills - even when machining tough materials like stainless steel, steel and cast iron.

Full-Ground Helical Flute Design: Each end mill features precision-ground helical flutes and sharp cutting edges. The optimized flute geometry ensures efficient chip evacuation, reduces cutting force and vibration, and delivers clean, burr-free surfaces.
